A few quick images from yesterdays wet but beautiful wedding of Jess & Jay, It was a first for me covering a service at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses at Lake and I must say the sermon was one of the best I have heard for a long time then it was off to Gurnard Pines for an evening of fun and dancing.

Max 1st birthday

My good friends Carly & Kirk asked me to take some images of Baby Max’s first birthday……. well not many of max but quite a few of his friends

We can shoot these birthday parties for very little cost £45.00 and happy memories to keep for ever !!

Fun day in the studio with top model Ryo…..

Well I spoilt my self yesterday and imported a fantastic model from Cardiff to have a fun shoot in my studio, Luci Phillips who helps me with my weddings joined in the fun and between us we had a fun day of no pressure photography.

Luci set this shoot up a couple of months ago as she had wanted to work with Ryo Love for a long time but Ryo kept on being booked all over the UK and europe for modelling shoots but in the end Luci managed to book her, for me this was a good chance to have fun in the studio with no pressure and it was a gift to myself before the wedding season kicks off and this type of photography is not possible unless it is a paid shoot.

So here are just a few that I liked some I shot, some Luci shot, but that don’t matter as we used the same camera/set up and to be honest we were having such a good time I lost count what was what.

If you fancy a model shoot or a portrait session the email me and we can have a chat £45.00 for the session 1 to 3 hrs long and pick of the images for a 12×8 print which is a complete bargain

Jacqueline & Liam 2012

A few from my first wedding of the new year, Lucinda my daughter assisted me with this one and all the Men/boy shots are hers, The hair and make-up is by Artist Lynsey-Marie Lamothe of Isle of Wight Beauty

These are just a snap shot that caught my eye as I sorted out what was taken, I have decided to convert more images into black and white this year and add a bit of film grain to some for the old film style shots.

This wedding was held at the superb Albert Cottage in East Cowes, more to follow over the next few days.
I hope you enjoy these as much as I did when taking them,

Imogen & Jonny

The wedding of Imogen & Jonny was shot for me by Emma Watts and I must say she made a cracking job of it, the wedding service was held at Christ’s Church the Broadway in Sandown.

Imogen’s wedding dress is a stunning two piece gown and to make it even more special to Imogen it has a stitched detail from her Grandmother’s dress added to the bottom, Imogen was attended by five bridesmaids all in full length stunningly coloured purple gowns.

After the ceremony it was a trip across the Island to the Parade at Cowes for a small photo shoot with the Solent as a spectacular background to compliment the vivid blue sky, after the fun of being congratulated by all the passersby it was off to the Newholmwood Hotel for the reception and the end of our days shooting as this was the last of my discontinued small wedding packages.
